"How much is shipping and how long does it take?"
Within the UK shipping of goods will take a maximum of 5-7 working days. However, often you will receive your order much earlier. Postage costs £4.99 for orders up to £150. You can also choose a next day guaranteed delivery for an additional £1.95. Ask our customer service for details. There is no postage charge for orders over £150. International customers should contact us for shipping costs.

Please call our editorial department for further information or simply send in your manuscript. Never send original or valuable products through the post.
"Do you pay return postage?"
Unfortunately, being a small company we are unable to pay return postage. However if an error has been made with your order please get in touch and alternative arrangements will be made.
"How can I place an order?"
If you would like to purchase any of our books you can order online, simply use our online shopping system. Add the products you want to your basket and then click 'Checkout'. Orders may also be made by phone, fax or post.

"Do your prices include VAT?"
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. However books are not subject to VAT.
